With a deep interest in what drives cultural change, Shanna’s work lies at the intersection of data and intuition. By combining research and creative thinking, she unearths valuable insights that drive gotham’s work. She began her career at TED when it was a start-up with only 25 people and grew with the organization, eventually leading an initiative called Ads Worth Spreading. That work introduced her to the agency world, and the role of Strategy. Prior to joining gotham, she worked at McCann, Barbarian, and Equinox, across a variety of positions in global, social, and digital strategy. Through every move, she’s been able to work with the elusive and awesome things we call ideas and has been lucky enough to see many of them reach millions of people.
When she’s not in the office, Shanna’s likely in upstate New York with her two rescue dogs and her husband, cooking and listening to soca music from her home island of Trinidad and Tobago.
